Eagle II

Contract Number: HSHQDC-14-D-E2041

Innovation Solutions Partnership, LLC (ISP) was formed to meet the unique challenges faced by the Department of Homeland Security today and to innovate leading edge solutions for its future. ISP is the joint venture of Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) and Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI), two mid-tier companies that offer exceptional service, proven track records of innovation, and disciplined program management (CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications). With skilled personnel and a culture committed to excellence, ISP is passionate in our vision, and driven to succeed. Our team includes core team members (Kratos Technology & Training Solutions, Inc., Integrity Applications, Inc., and Fulcrum), selected for their broad array of technical capabilities, successful performance, depth of resources, geographic reach, and company cultures dedicated to innovation. The team also has seven small business partners regarded as “future stars,” all chosen for their technical skills, creative solutions, and developmental capacities.

What distinguishes ISP from providers is our recognition that innovation is a culture; that routine innovation requires a business practice that permeates throughout an organization and those of its teammates. This culture resides within each of the ISP team members and is fostered through passionate leadership and skilled personnel who are committed to excellence, driven to exceed customer expectation, and live the mission of the clients we support.

ISP’s culture, along with ROInnovation—a repeatable process developed by ISP JV partner ZAI to implement innovation in our business model—is our method to exceed DHS’ expectations. ROInnovation is a repeatable process of results-oriented innovation measured by customer return on investment. At the core of this process is our customer’s mission, which requires an understanding of its: 1) strategic goals; 2) business operations and environment; 3) gaps between the current position and desired objectives; and 4) pain points of non-conformance. Successful innovation leads to paradigm shifts that foster exponential opportunities for even greater improvement and efficiency.
